1 Fixing to flat surface of the wall using fasteners.
Note: DO not over fasten screws.
2 Fix Starter strip (HA8) level to base allowing external corner tabs to hook into starter strip.
Check level and fasten.
3 Cut the first panel in half, using the RHS half sit into the starter strip. (DO Not disregard the LHS panel as this will be used again)
4 Making sure all fingers are engaged into starter strip (A) Slide the panel behind the attached corner (B)
5 Fix the top of the panel in the fastening track. Fasten panel until the back lip touches the board. (DO Not over tighten)
6 Always work from left to right, join a full panel slotting it into the starter strip (A) slide into the existing pane (B)
7 Measure the last remaining panel for the row. Bend the panel slightly to allow it to sit any corner (C) & (D)
8 To ensure panel stagger Next row, cut the full panel end to achieve mortar lines are offset with the lower panel.
9 To maintain random patterns in the Brick Panels, be sure to stagger each panel course. The diagram is a guide only.
10 When starting a new panel course, check the mortar lines are lined up and leveled. Use a spirit level to check.
11 Install the (first section of the 2nd Pc J Channel) to the top of the wall. You will need to cut the panel horizontally.
12 Install the last section of the panel and fasten it to the (First Section) of the 2nd J Channel. Install the second section 2pc J Channel.
